If you have typical E body rust below the corners of your windshield then this set will usually solve the problem. If you also have rust higher up in the windshield trough along the sides of the glass then do not use this part and instead use 375-1570-L, A pillar/post and 379-1570-1L, windshield/cowl corner bracket.
