This all-in-one solution includes every mechanical, electrical, and vacuum component needed to install or restore the factory Rally Sport hidden headlamp system. Each part is made to OEM specifications and assembled in the USA, ensuring reliable function and show-quality results.
The kit contains RH and LH headlamp assemblies, including:

Headlamp housing with installed hinge plate bumper

Hinge plate and door cover backing plate

Bellcrank and bellcrank support bracket

Over-center spring

Correct sealed beam adjusting screws and spring

All bushings and necessary mounting hardware
