This door lock pawl is designed for 1966-1967 Chevrolet Chevelle and El Camino A-Body models, as well as 1967 Chevrolet Biscayne, Bel Air, Impala, and Caprice 4-door B-Body applications. Installed within the door latch assembly, the pawl engages the internal locking mechanism to control proper door lock operation from both the interior and exterior handles.
